While hiking the Alps around Zermatt I came upon this scene of the Matterhorn with the clouds whisking off to one side and accented by two hikers that were stopped to rest and enjoy the view.

George Harth lives in Medina, OH, and spends the winters painting in Bonita Springs, FL. He began painting watercolors during high school in Leavenworth, Kansas. George started developing his love of art, at the age of thirteen, while taking private drawing lessons. He grew into watercolor painting and experienced early success. At the age of fifteen, George placed first in the Leavenworth Annual Art Exhibit of 1960.
